PARS (People At Risk Solutions)

PARS has over 100 years history in rehabilitating prisoners into society, looking after their initial accommodation, helping find work, assisting with family re-integration, opening bank accounts, looking after their health. With a new contract environment they found themselves looking at a significant deficit. Working as a team we analysed the issues, improved internal processes, approached the necessary parties and put a compelling case; in six months we were looking at an exciting new service model and a very healthy surplus!
